Position Overview
NextHome Priority is seeking a motivated, organized, and tech-savvy Transaction Coordinator & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with creative marketing. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth real estate transactions while helping our agents and brokerage stay innovative, visible, and connected with clients.We're looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and excited about embracing new technology, social media trends, and creative marketing strategies that help keep NextHome Priority at the forefront of the real estate industry.Primary ResponsibilitiesTransaction Coordination
- Coordinate residential real estate transactions from accepted offer through closing.
- Prepare and manage transaction files while ensuring compliance with state regulations and brokerage policies.
- Track deadlines, contingencies, inspections, financing, and closing dates.
- Maintain accurate digital files and transaction records.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Schedule and manage social media calendars.
- Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, postcards, listing presentations, and digital advertisements.
- Assist with branding initiatives that promote the NextHome Priority culture and values.
- Keep the company's website and online presence current and engaging.
- Stay current on marketing trends and recommend new ideas to increase visibility.
Photography, Video & Content Creation
- Capture listing photos and short-form video content when needed.
- Edit videos for social media, property promotions, and company branding.
- Create reels, stories, and other engaging digital content.
- Experience with drone photography or videography is a plus (not required).
Agent & Client Support
- Provide exceptional support to our real estate agents.
- Help coordinate client appreciation events and community outreach activities.
- Assist with onboarding new agents and introducing office systems.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients before, during, and after the transaction.

Preferred Experience
- Real estate experience preferred (transaction coordination, administrative support, or licensed agent).
- Knowledge of MLS systems and real estate contracts is a plus.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Social media management experience.
- Photography and videography skills are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technology is a plus.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
