The Systems Administrator is responsible for the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization's server, network, cloud, software, and hardware environments. Working as part of the IT Infrastructure team, this position provides Tier 2 technical support and escalation assistance for IT operations while partnering with business stakeholders to design, implement, and support modern on-premise and cloud-based solutions. The successful candidate will help drive infrastructure modernization initiatives, improve service reliability, and enable secure, scalable technology solutions that support the organization's evolving business needs. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to effectively resolve technical issues across a variety of systems and environments. The goal is to deliver reliable technology services that enable business objectives and ensure operational continuity.

Plan and complete IT projects based on business objectives and departmental goals; coordinate tasks and timelines.

Manage deployed software within the company.

Management of server environment to include hypervisor and storage technologies.

Management of backup and monitoring solutions.

Assist with designing, planning, and deployment of solutions within the M365 environment to include: Entra, Intune, Exchange, Sharepoint, and Copilot.

Provide guidance to users on best practices when leveraging M365 solutions.

Assist with management of phone system.

Assist with deployments and configurations of network equipment.

Assist with information security assessments and remediation tasks.

Assist with managing end-user training to promote IT security awareness.

Position is onsite in a temperature-controlled office and manufacturing environment that will allow occasional remote work.

Position is expected to participate in an on-call rotation.
