About us

We are a husband and wife orthodontic team that along with an amazing group of women make up Orchin + Orchin Specialists in Orthodontics! We believe in helping others smile their best smile by making each other smile. We believe in a TEAM. We believe in a drama - free, fun "work" day. And we believe success is shared :)

We're GROWING!!! And looking for another orthodontic treatment coordinator to help "sell" smiles :)

This is a SALES position. Are you amazing with customer service, energetic, great with people, and someone who takes initiative and able to multitask? Do you like to get creative and have fun? Learn more at www.orchinsmiles.com! We opened in March 2021 and are GROWING!

Your job requirements will be to support and continue to grow our practice with a friendly and positive attitude. We want a go-getter who is excited about helping us grow our practice. Some orthodontic experience is preferred, but we are willing to train a candidate with the right personality, and ability to learn new information quickly and with accuracy.

Responsibilities will include:

Meeting new patients and taking photographs and x-rays, if certified.
Meeting with new patients for their initial consultation and giving a thorough break-down of the recommended treatment
Starting new patients and reviewing contracts with responsible parties
Filing and managing insurance payments/collections
Community marketing
The ideal applicant must have or quickly learn the following: An understanding of all clinical procedures for orthodontics, knowledge of orthodontic terminology and excellent computer skills (we are fully digital)

Most importantly must have exceptional communication skills and possess a positive attitude, be motivated for growth; with abundant energy and a passion for health and beauty!
