Full Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Night Shift Pharmacist opportunity is available in Stillwater, OK, for a 13-week contract position starting immediately. This role offers a unique schedule of seven consecutive 12-hour shifts (7pm to 7am) followed by seven days off, providing a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and safety.
Supervise pharmacy technicians, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Apply pharmacokinetics principles to optimize patient medication regimens.
Collaborate and consult with physicians and nurses to deliver quality patient care.
Utilize Meditech for pharmacy information management.

Qualifications:

Valid Oklahoma pharmacist license is required.
Experience with order verification, medication safety, and supervising pharmacy staff.
Comfortable and willing to work night shifts.
Familiarity with Meditech healthcare software is preferred.
