What You'll DoBusiness Development & Marketing (Primary Focus)
- Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, assisted living communities, senior organizations, and other referral sources.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate qualified referrals.
- Represent Right at Home at networking events, community meetings, health fairs, and professional organizations.
- Conduct outside sales visits throughout our service area.
- Track referral activity and identify new growth opportunities.
- Help achieve ambitious client growth goals.
Recruiting & Talent Development
- Recruit exceptional caregivers through multiple channels.
- Conduct interviews and identify top talent.
- Lead new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Help train and develop new employees for success.
- Promote a positive, engaging workplace culture.
Staffing & Operations
- Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure every client receives excellent care.
- Match caregivers with clients based on skills, personality, and availability.
- Fill open shifts quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with office staff to solve scheduling challenges.
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.
Reporting & Performance
- Monitor key performance indicators and growth metrics.
- Prepare reports on referrals, recruiting, staffing, and business development activities.
- Recommend ideas and strategies for continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, home care, staffing, recruiting, sales, marketing, or business development.
- Experience building professional relationships and networking.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Schedule
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
