PAY RATES:
1. FULL TIME (35+ Hours a week) - $26.00-$29.00 per 50 minute base Swedish massage PLUS tips and PLUS upgrade commissions. - avg total pay including tips and upgrades = $65.00+ per 50 min service!
2. PART TIME (20 - 35 Hours a week) - $25.00-$26.00 per base 50 minute Swedish massage service PLUS tips and PLUS upgrade commissions. - avg total pay including tips and upgrades = $65.00+ per 50 min service!

OUR COMPENSATION PLAN:
1. EARN ON AVERAGE $75 PER SERVICE (incl. tips). AVG. TIP IS $35 PER SERVICE.
2. EARN $16.90 AN HOUR FOR ALL SIT TIME YOU SPEND ON SHIFT BUT NOT PERFORMING SERVICES ("WAIT TIME").
3. SICK PAY - Paid sick leave (FRONT LOADED WITH 40 HOURS AVAILABLE AFTER ONLY 90 DAYS!)

Massage Therapist -- Qualifications and Requirements:
- Licensed in California to perform massage - CAMTC.
- Adhere to State Licensing
- Knowledge and understanding of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage required
- Available to work at least 3 days a week, including some afternoon/evening shifts, and weekends preferred.
