Job Title: Senior Salesforce/CPQ Developer (Salesforce CPQ/Apttus/Callidus Cloud)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce/CPQ Developer with expertise in Steelbrick, Apttus, or Callidus Cloud to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development and deep knowledge of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development:
- Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, specifically focusing on CPQ.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, process builders, and other Salesforce components.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
CPQ Implementation:
- Lead the implementation and customization of CPQ solutions (Steelbrick, Apttus, Callidus Cloud) to meet business requirements.
- Design and configure product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval processes.
- Integrate CPQ solutions with other Salesforce modules and external systems.
Solution Design:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop technical documentation and provide guidance on best practices for CPQ implementation and Salesforce development.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Maintenance and Support:
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Salesforce and CPQ applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and CPQ configurations and customizations.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Extensive experience with CPQ solutions, preferably Steelbrick, Apttus, or Callidus Cloud.
- Proven track record of successful CPQ implementations and customizations.
Skills:
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including security, integration patterns, and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Requirements

Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
- Additional certifications in CPQ solutions (Steelbrick, Apttus, Callidus Cloud) are highly desirable.
Technical Expertise:
- Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX and version control tools like Git.
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior developers.
