Full Job Description

Centered in the heart of San Joaquin County, Adventist Health Lodi Memorial has been one of the area's leading healthcare providers since 1952. We are comprised of a 190-bed hospital, 17 medical offices, home care services, comprehensive cancer care and a vast scope of award-winning services located throughout Lodi and the surrounding areas. Job Summary:

Performs basic administrative duties under general supervision. Performs daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, copying and posting. Performs information gathering, verification and charging.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred

Facility Specific License/Certifications:

Driver's License (DL): Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required

Essential Functions:

Answers and screens phone calls. Assists guests and directs them appropriately. Receives and schedules visitors.
Types letters, memos, standard forms and reports. Opens and distributes departmental mail. Sets up and manages filing and record systems.
Makes and confirms appointments as directed. Inputs data to various systems or documents.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
