The Stockton Inn is hiring Chef de Parties and Cooks to join our culinary team.
We’re looking for dedicated hospitality professionals who take pride in their work, care about the guest experience, and want to be part of a thoughtful, collaborative team. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced hospitality professionals and contribute to the continued growth of one of New Jersey’s historic inns.
Who We Are
Anthony Rudolf — Managing Director
Anthony is an influential hospitality leader with an extensive background in New York City hospitality. He previously served as Director of Operations for The Thomas Keller Restaurant Group and is the founder of The Welcome Conference. He is also a co-owner of Kellogg’s NYC and Union Square Play.
Chef Bob Truitt — Executive Chef
Chef Bob brings extensive experience from some of the country’s most respected kitchens, particularly in New York City and Philadelphia. His background includes working alongside some of the world’s leading chefs and leading culinary teams at acclaimed restaurants including Corton, Morimoto, and Wilder, as well as experience with El Bulli.
Brian Miller — Head Bartender
Brian has worked at some of New York City’s most notable cocktail destinations, including Pegu Club and Death & Company. He was also a partner at The Polynesian, the acclaimed Times Square tiki bar.
