DESCRIPTION:
You already know the mortgage or real estate business from the inside. You may be the processor who understands the file better than the loan officer, the loan officer assistant doing much of the work without the title, or the marketing or real estate professional watching successful producers build careers you know you could build yourself. This may be the door you have been waiting for.
Most companies demand years of origination experience before they will give someone a real opportunity. Generations Home Loans cares just as much about hunger, coachability, and initiative. We are looking for industry professionals who are unjaded, ready to learn, and willing to prove what they can do. You will not be thrown into the deep end without support—you will work alongside experienced lending professionals while learning how to build relationships, advise borrowers, and manage successful transactions.
The market is wide open, with approximately 10,000 real estate agents and only about 40 loan officers serving the territory. New loan officers at many companies are left to starve while waiting for business. Here, you will have company-supported relationship opportunities, experienced processing and underwriting assistance, and a defined path for building a long-term career.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete required licensing, onboarding, and mortgage origination training

Learn how to qualify borrowers and explain available mortgage financing options

Build relationships with real estate agents and other local referral partners

Follow up promptly on warm leads, introductions, and company-supported opportunities

Guide borrowers through application, documentation, approval, and closing

Work closely with experienced loan officers, processors, underwriters, and closing professionals

Experience in mortgage lending, real estate, title, escrow, financial services, or a related industry

Active NMLS license or the willingness and ability to obtain one

Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

A coachable attitude and willingness to apply feedback

The discipline to prospect, follow up, and take ownership of personal results

A strong desire to move into production and prove what you are capable of accomplishing
COMPENSATION:
This is a performance-based mortgage origination opportunity designed for professionals who want the ability to grow their production, develop a long-term book of business, and advance into greater levels of responsibility.
Compensation is based on individual or team production, experience, role, and applicable leadership responsibilities. Successful producing loan officers may earn $100,000 to $300,000 annually or more, depending on performance.
