Patient Care Coordinator

We are a private, family owned pediatric dental office located in Oakley, CA. We are looking for an individual who loves to smile, loves helping others and loves working with children. Our team takes great pride in providing a positive environment and experience for all of our patients. If you have a desire to work in a positive environment and can demonstrate the right background, attitude, and willingness to please people, we would like to hear from you.

We are looking for a good-natured, energetic, and professional individual seeking long term employment. Must be comfortable using computers and other technology as well as being able to multi-task in a high paced environment.

Experience with front office dental operations is desired.

This position will start as 4-5 days per week and we are looking for an individual who would like to grow with us.

Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays

Dental Specialty : Pediatrics

The ideal candidate should be able to meet the following requirements and perform the following duties:

Knowledge of using Open Dental software
Strong Customer Service and Verbal Skills
Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism
Verify patient’s insurance eligibility and benefits
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Comfortable presenting treatment plan and discussing financial arrangements
