Get in on the ground floor at one of Boston’s fastest growing remodeling companies and plug your career into our plans for nationwide expansion.

In the short term, this is an excellent opportunity for an organized professional to help manage and execute large-scale projects in the City of Boston and surrounding suburbs.

Longer term, you’ll have the opportunity to help hire and manage the 5+ project managers we aim to bring aboard over the next 18 months. If you’ve always wanted to be part of a growing business without needing to start it yourself, then this opportunity is for you.

Roof Hub is a full-service exterior remodeling company in Boston, MA. We specialize in residential and commercial roofing but over the past few years have become one of the city’s largest and most trusted roof deck construction companies.

As a Senior Field Manager, you will work closely with prospective clients, current customers, and Roof Hub executives to help yourself and the company achieve short and long term goals.

As a Senior Field Manager at Roof Hub, you will be expected to manage all residential and commercial projects from start to finish, including but not limited to:

Accurately ordering materials
Coordination with subcontractors, material and dumpster deliveries, and inspections.
Handling customer questions on-site and over the phone
Finalizing jobs in the field; material clean up, returns, and inventory updates

Additional responsibilities may include:

Finding and interviewing new subcontractors
Performing service work for any defective jobs
Add-on sales (great opportunity to earn extra commissions)

Aggressive pay, bonus structure, and benefits for this salaried position include:

$85K -$150K, W2
Company vehicle provided (following training period)
Fully paid training (first two months)
Health and dental insurance after 120 days of employment
Monthly bonuses based on # of projects completed*
Quarterly bonuses based on # of projects completed*
Yearly bonuses based on the company’s total sales volume*
Tremendous upward mobility considering our expansion plans

*Exact bonuses will be discussed during the interview

5+ years of roofing/carpentry experience
2+ years of solo managing crews
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug screening
