Full Job Description

Summit Natural Wellness is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented team member to support both our clinic operations and supplement dispensary fulfillment.

This role combines front office responsibilities with behind-the-scenes operational support. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, highly organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person.

Responsibilities:

Clinic & Front Office Support

Greet and check patients in and out
Answer phones and assist patients professionally
Schedule and manage appointments
Assist with processing lab results and patient paperwork
Support daily clinic operations and administrative tasks
Maintain an organized and welcoming front office environment

Supplement & Inventory Operations

Fulfill and pack Shopify supplement orders accurately
Receive and organize incoming inventory shipments
Assist with purchase orders and invoice management
Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items
Maintain organization within the supplement dispensary and fulfillment area

Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and professional with patients and team members
Ability to stay organized while handling repetitive tasks
Interest in health, wellness, supplements, or functional medicine is a plus
