Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality. Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and storage of food items.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required.
Strong culinary skills with knowledge of cooking techniques and food handling practices.
Ability to work effectively and quickly.
