Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership and help drive day-to-day operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Parker, CO, offering a starting rate of $25 per hour.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless communication across internal teams and external partners. You will play a key role in keeping leadership organized, informed, and focused on high-impact priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings
Organize and prioritize daily tasks, communications, and follow-ups
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and materials
Handle correspondence and maintain professional communication with clients, partners, and vendors
Support ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met
Maintain organized documentation, files, and internal systems
Assist with operational and administrative processes across the team

Qualifications

Experience in Administrative Assistance or Executive Administrative Support
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional phone etiquette and client-facing experience
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience in healthcare or marketing is a plus
Experience in Salesforce is a plus
