Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Bellman to join our team at The Swiftwater. The Bellman plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by providing assistance with luggage, transportation, and information.
Responsibilities & Experience
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and delivery to their rooms.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, amenities and local attractions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Collaborate with the front desk and concierge to fulfill guest requests promptly.
- Prior experience in hospitality or hotel industry preferred
- Knowledge of phone systems and hotel management software
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Strong guest service orientation with excellent communication skills
