New Level Contracting Corporation is seeking experienced Carpenters and Skilled Carpenter Helpers to join our growing residential construction team.
We specialize in home additions, renovations, rough framing, finish carpentry, and new residential construction throughout the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach County area.
We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work, show up ready to contribute, and have previous construction experience. This is not an entry-level position.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential rough framing and structural carpentry
- Assist with and complete home additions and renovations
- Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and finish carpentry
- Read and interpret plans, layouts, and measurements
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule and to a high standard
Qualifications
- Previous residential construction experience required
- Experience with framing, remodeling, and/or finish carpentry preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Familiarity with common construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work outdoors and lift 50+ pounds
Compensation
$25–$35 per hour, based on experience and skill level
