Job Summary

An established real estate title and escrow operation in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer / Title Closer to manage residential real estate transactions from contract through funding, recording, and final disbursement.

This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented Florida title professional who enjoys taking ownership of the full closing process while providing excellent service to buyers, sellers, lenders, Realtors, attorneys, and internal team members. The role offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule, a professional work environment, and the opportunity to contribute to smooth, accurate, and timely residential closings.

The right candidate will thrive in a collaborative, service-focused setting where accuracy, communication, and follow-through are valued. Key Responsibilities

Manage residential real estate closings from title review through funding, recording, and final disbursement.
Review title commitments, identify title requirements, and coordinate resolution prior to closing.
Prepare and review Closing Disclosures, ALTA Settlement Statements, closing packages, deeds, affidavits, and related closing documents.
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, Realtors, and attorneys to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely transactions.
Conduct closings, explain closing documents, and ensure all required documentation is properly executed.
Review funding, approve wire transfers and disbursements, and confirm files are balanced before post-closing.

Compensation and Benefits

Direct hire opportunity.
Compensation: $50,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
