Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our community while embodying professionalism, attention to detail, and compassion in all aspects of their work. This position requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is adaptable to varying conditions, and is dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our company's reputation.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and oversee all aspects of funeral arrangements, including meetings with families to discuss options, handling necessary paperwork, and coordinating logistics.

· Perform embalming and preparation of deceased individuals with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to industry standards and regulations.

· Conduct funeral services, ensuring that each ceremony is conducted with dignity, respect, and professionalism.

· Provide support and guidance to families throughout the grieving process, demonstrating empathy and compassion.

· Collaborate effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless execution of all services and maintain a cohesive team environment.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities, equipment, and workspaces to uphold our standards of excellence.

· Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices through continued education and professional development.

Qualifications:

· Valid license as a Funeral Director and Embalmer in the state of Florida.

· (preferred) 3 years of experience in funeral service, with a proven track record of excellence in customer service and professionalism.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact sensitively and effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

· Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

· Demonstrated commitment to upholding ethical and legal standards in all aspects of funeral service.

· Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
