Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. As the head of the kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu development, and kitchen management. Duties

Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment focused on delivering outstanding service.
Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to dietary needs and guest preferences.
Oversee food production, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
Manage inventory control and food cost management to optimize resources and reduce waste without compromising quality.
Implement and enforce strict food safety sanitizing procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations at all times.
Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision planning and flawless execution.
Oversee shift management, assigning tasks efficiently to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment adhering to all food handling and safety standards.
Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary requirements and enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor staff performance, providing training, mentorship, and constructive feedback to promote professional growth.

Experience

Proven culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments.
Extensive banquet experience with a track record of managing large-scale events successfully.
Supervising experience leading diverse kitchen teams in high-pressure settings.
Demonstrated expertise in food production, menu planning, and food service management within the hospitality industry.
Strong background in inventory management, cost control, and kitchen operations.
Experience in catering services, restaurant management, or hospitality leadership roles is highly desirable.
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitizing procedures, and proper food handling practices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
