Duties of the Office Manager

As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily office operations, leading our team, and contributing to the agency’s growth. Key responsibilities include:

Office Operations Management:
- Streamline office processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records and oversee administrative tasks.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor office staff, ensuring they are motivated and performing at their best.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure the agency is staffed with skilled caregivers.
Client and Caregiver Coordination:
- Manage schedules for clients and caregivers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, addressing needs with professionalism and care.
Financial Oversight:
- Assist with payroll processing, billing, and maintaining financial records.
- Monitor performance metrics to achieve key business objectives tied to bonuses.
Community Engagement:
- Build relationships with referral sources, Medicaid providers, and community partners to drive business growth.

Requirements of the Office Manager

To thrive in this role, you should bring leadership, expertise, and a passion for driving success. Key qualifications include:

Experience:
- A minimum of 3–5 years of office management experience, preferably in the home care or healthcare industry.
Skills:
- Exceptional organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, caregivers, and community partners.
Tech Savviness:
- Proficiency in scheduling and office management software (experience with Wellsky is a plus).
Bilingual Skills:
- Fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.

Availability:
- Flexibility to handle on-call responsibilities as needed.
