Full Job Description

Bookkeeper – Oak Grove Tax Service

Oak Grove Tax Service is seeking a detail‑oriented, reliable Bookkeeper to support our growing client base. Experience (1–2 years) is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who want to grow with our team.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records for small‑business clients
Manage QuickBooks: enter transactions, reconcile accounts, run reports
Communicate with clients to request documents and clarify questions
Assist with payroll setup and processing
Support general office and administrative tasks
Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism

Qualifications

Bookkeeping experience preferred, not required
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
Good communication and customer‑service skills
Organized, dependable, and deadline‑driven
QuickBooks experience is a plus

Schedule & Compensation

Part‑time, flexible, or year‑round opportunities
