Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems, strong computer skills, and the ability to maintain a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Manage incoming calls, pay bills and communicate with clients.
Schedule appointments
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
Assist with customer support inquiries, providing solutions or directing them to the appropriate personnel
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
Handle administrative duties such as typing correspondence, managing office supplies, and maintaining cleanliness at the front desk area
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations

Experience

Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred
Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is advantageous
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clientele
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is required
Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and calendar management is essential
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus but not mandatory
Personal assistant experience will be considered an asset
