Bilingual Repack Lead (Spanish/English) – $22.00/Hour | 4-Day Work Week
Location: Sturtevant, WI
Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Employment Service Connection, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Repack Lead for a growing warehouse and distribution operation in Sturtevant, WI.
Candidates MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone with previous warehouse, production, packaging, repack, or team-lead experience who is comfortable communicating and providing direction to employees in both English and Spanish.
The Repack Lead will coordinate daily production, assign employees to work areas, assist with changeovers, monitor productivity and quality, train employees, and communicate with supervisors and other departments.

6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support employees throughout daily repack operations.
- Communicate instructions and expectations effectively in both Spanish and English.
- Assign team members to workstations according to daily production needs.
- Coordinate production line changeovers and workflow.
- Monitor employee productivity and daily production goals.
- Ensure products meet required quality and packaging specifications.
- Train and onboard new employees.
- Translate or clarify work instructions for Spanish- and English-speaking team members when necessary.
- Coach employees and provide performance feedback.
- Identify production or quality concerns and communicate them to management.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other departments.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Ensure employees follow established safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work alongside the production team when additional support is needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be bilingual – fluent/conversational Spanish and English.
- Previous warehouse, production, packaging, repack, or manufacturing experience.
- Previous Team Lead, Line Lead, Lead, or Supervisor experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to communicate instructions clearly to both English- and Spanish-speaking employees.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Ability to train, coach, motivate, and redirect employees when necessary.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to quality and detail.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be available to work the full Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule.
