CHILI'S - NORFOLK NAVAL STATION – HOST / TO-GO CASHIER

$15.00 per hour + gratuities when working To-go Cashier position

WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING HOST / TO-GO FOR OUR CHILIS LOCATED ON THE NORFOLK NAVAL STATION.

THIS STORE IS CENTRALLY LOCATED NEAR PORTSMOUTH AND VIRGINIA BEACH.

OUR HOST CAN MAKE UP TO $17+ AN HOUR WITH YOUR WAGE + GRATUITIES WHEN WORKING AS A TO-GO CASHIER. ALL HOST EMPLOYEES ARE TRAINED ON THE TO-GO POSITION AS WELL.

Star Concessions & Military Restaurant Holdings are leaders in in the airport concessions and military base industry, currently operating food, beverage and retail establishments in three major airports and two military installations including the Norfolk Naval Station. We are a fast-growing company that offers advancement opportunities. We currently employ over 350 people and average around 20 million in gross revenue per year.

HOST / TO-GO CASHIER

This position greets all the guests who come in the front door of the restaurants. The Host/Hostess position also works as a Cashier in our To Go area. This position is responsible for seating all guests in a rotation manner where seats are available, helping the food server staff when needed, and light cleaning duties around the restaurant. During To-Go Shifts, this position takes to-go orders and helps guests receive their order by ensuring all items are correct and taking payment. Experience in prior host/hostess positions is a plus but not required as we have a structured training program.

The host/hostess position requires employees to have great communication skills, outgoing personalities, professional appearance, ability to interact positively with all co-workers and guest and have overall good salesmanship. The host/hostess position requires employees to lift up to 30 pounds with frequent bending, stooping and twisting. He/She works the entire shift on their feet so the ability to stand 100% during the entire shift is required.
