What youll do:
Lead and develop the BOH team
Set the pace and tone for daily kitchen operations from prep through service
Drive culinary standards on a seasonally-driven, scratch kitchen menu
Mentor and develop cooks at every level, creating a path forward for your team
Partner with FOH leadership to deliver the Marlows guest experience consistently
Manage food cost, ordering, and BOH systems with ownership and accountability
Uphold food safety and quality standards across every shift

What youll need:
2+ years of culinary experience, with a background in kitchen leadership
A background in scratch cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
Genuine passion for developing people not just executing food
Strong BOH management skills: scheduling, cost control, ordering, and team accountability
A collaborative, solutions-first attitude ego optional, standards non-negotiable
