Full Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Injectable Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering injectable toxin and filler treatments, a deep understanding of patient care protocols and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

Administer injectable medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
Monitor patients before, during, and after injections to ensure their safety and comfort.
Assess patient medical histories, allergies, and potential contraindications to injections.
Educate patients on the purpose, procedure, and potential side effects of injections.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including medication administration and patient response.
Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in injectable therapies.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Qualifications:

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a registered nurse, with a focus on injectable medications and treatments.
Proficiency in administering various types of injections, including intramuscular, subcutaneous, and intradermal.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology related to injectable therapies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact empathetically with patients.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
