We are looking for a Showing Assistant to work closely with our Buyer Agents in Sulphur Springs and nearby communities. Our proven system equips you with cutting-edge technology, strategic tools, essential resources, expert guidance, comprehensive training, and continuous support—everything you need to thrive.

If you are motivated and dedicated to excellence, you will open the door to unlimited career growth opportunities. A valid Texas Real Estate License is mandatory. This commission-based position is exclusively for licensed agents.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the leading sales agent to assist clients in finding their ideal homes.
Conduct home showings for buyers throughout the DFW region and nearby areas.
Facilitate access for inspections and various meetings as required.
Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients adjust their home search criteria.
Draft and negotiate offers representing the sales agent and clients.
Engage in team events and activities.
Dedicate time to weekly training sessions and Partner Calls.
Monitor and record tasks and activities using our PLACE Technology platform.

Qualifications

Enjoys interacting with people and excels at building and sustaining professional relationships
Possesses a positive and cheerful demeanor
Comfortable with spending significant time driving
Skilled at assessing clients' needs and preferences to find suitable homes
Eager to learn and grow
Driven and has a track record of success
High school diploma required
Must hold a valid TX real estate license
Proficient in contract writing and attentive to details
Outstanding customer service abilities
Must possess a keycard
Punctuality is essential
Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
