Advertising Account Executive – Client Service & Day-to-Day Operations

Addington Agency | Las Vegas, NV Full-Time | $30–$45/hour, commensurate with experience

About Us

Addington Agency is a Las Vegas-based creative advertising agency specializing in strategic marketing, branding, creative development, media, digital, and production.

We operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where strong ideas need equally strong execution. Our team works across multiple disciplines to develop integrated campaigns, and we’re looking for an experienced agency professional who can help keep clients, projects, and internal teams moving in the same direction.

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Advertising Account Executive to manage day-to-day client relationships and oversee the successful execution of agency projects from kickoff through delivery.

This is a hands-on client service role. You will serve as the primary day-to-day connection between our clients and our internal creative, digital, media, and production teams.

The right candidate understands how an advertising agency actually operates: managing competing deadlines, translating client requests into actionable assignments, following up relentlessly, anticipating problems before they become problems, and ensuring that great work gets delivered accurately and on time.

Previous advertising agency experience is required.

Responsibilities

As an Advertising Account Executive, you will:

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned agency clients, building strong, professional, and trusted relationships.
Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining visibility into priorities, deadlines, approvals, and outstanding deliverables.
Translate client briefs, meetings, emails, and feedback into clear, actionable internal assignments.
Coordinate workflow across creative, design, digital, media, social, and production teams.
Develop and maintain project timelines, status reports, schedules, budgets, and deliverable trackers.
Lead or participate in client status meetings and ensure clear follow-up on decisions, responsibilities, and next steps.
Review deliverables for completeness and accuracy before they reach the client.
Manage rounds of client feedback and ensure revisions are communicated correctly and executed efficiently.
Proactively identify potential delays, scope issues, conflicting priorities, or other risks and escalate them before they impact delivery.
Monitor campaign activity and assist with performance reporting and client presentations.
Work with agency leadership to identify opportunities to expand client relationships, services, and account revenue.
Maintain a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and accountability with both clients and internal teams.
Help continuously improve agency processes, communication, and overall client experience.

QualificationsRequired

Previous professional experience working inside an advertising or marketing agency in Account Management, Account Services, or Client Services.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to translate client needs into clear direction for internal teams.
Comfortable working with deadlines, shifting priorities, and fast-moving projects.
Confident communicating directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
Ability to take ownership of projects rather than waiting to be directed at every step.

Strongly Preferred

Experience working with integrated advertising campaigns involving multiple channels.
Familiarity with creative development, digital marketing, paid media, social media, video/production, and traditional advertising.
Experience managing project budgets, scopes, timelines, and outside vendors.
Experience reviewing campaign reporting and communicating results to clients.
Familiarity with agency project-management and collaboration platforms.
Experience identifying organic account-growth or upselling opportunities.
