DEPT: Foundation

LOCATION: Maury Regional Medical Center - Columbia, TN

SHIFT: Full-time, Days, 8:00am-4:30pm

JOB SUMMARY:

The Administrative Operations Specialist performs accounting, reporting, operational and administrative duties as assigned by the Foundation Executive Director and Patient Experience Director. This position works 24 hours per week (.6) for the Maury Regional Health Care Foundation and 16 hours per week (.4) for the Patient Experience Department. Traits required in this position include professional, courteous, resourceful, proactive, detail oriented, organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. This person must be able to work with a diverse group of people and handle confidential information discreetly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position supports the Maury Regional Health Care Foundation 24 hours per week and the Patient Experience Department 16 hours per week. In collaboration with the Foundation Executive Director, complete weekly bookkeeping functions in QuickBooks accurately and in a timely manner, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage donor management software (Raiser’s Edge), including daily data entry, record maintenance, and the development of standard and customized reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-A bachelor’s degree or 4-6 years of applicable experience is preferred .

Applicant must be proficient across Microsoft 365 products.
Experience utilizing QuickBooks and Raiser’s Edge is highly desired .
