Full Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Holder Properties is seeking to fill an Office Services Coordinator position for Blackbaud on Daniel Island. This role is ideal for a candidate that is service orientated, organized, proactive, and capable of supporting a dynamic corporate office environment. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality workplace experience through conference room management, meeting support, office services, facility inspections, and coordination with internal teams and vendors. The Office Services Manager will report to the property manager and property management team and collaborate closely with the client and third-party vendors.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in office management, workplace services, hospitality, facilities or property management preferred.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be professional and courteous.

· High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or college degree is preferable.

· Must be proficient in MS Office (Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with computers and learning new software/applications and all general office administrative duties involved with the position.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

· Experience supporting conference room technology and AV equipment preferred.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Must be available to work after hours occasionally (may include overtime).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide office and workplace support for client employees and visitors

· Create and maintain positive, professional and welcoming work environment

· Manage daily operations of conference rooms and meeting spaces

· Coordinate resources required for meetings, training sessions and employee events.

· Support onsite employees, visitors, vendors and meeting experiences.

· Coordinate meeting room setups, furniture configurations and hospitality services.

· Coordinate catering services, coffee service, snacks and breakroom inventory.

· Monitor inventory levels, and order office, and breakroom supplies as needed.

· Perform routine inspections of conference rooms, breakrooms, restrooms, breakrooms and common areas to ensure workplace standards are maintained.

· Submit, track, and coordinate facility service request with property management and vendors.

· Assist with audiovisual systems and coordinate troubleshooting efforts with Blackbaud IT and AV vendors

· Assist employees with monitor setups, conference room technology and workplace support request.

· Support safety initiatives, emergency procedures, and evacuation drills as assigned.

· Maintain workplace documentation, inventories, and operational records.

· Coordinate with facility vendors and monitor vendor performance while onsite.

· Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by the Property Management team.
