Healthcare Recruiter / Office Coordinator

Home Care Plus | Mount Pleasant, SC
Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Experienced Healthcare Recruiter Wanted

This is not an entry-level recruiting position.

Home Care Plus is seeking a high-performing Healthcare Recruiter / Office Coordinator with at least five (5) years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in private-duty home care, home health, hospice, healthcare staffing, or senior care.

We're looking for someone who understands that recruiting is both relationship building and sales. The ideal candidate knows how to identify top talent, build relationships, and successfully "sell" candidates on why Home Care Plus is the employer of choice.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

At least five (5) years of full-cycle recruiting experience
At least two (2) years of recruiting experience in private-duty home care, home health, hospice, healthcare staffing, or senior care
Previous sales, business development, account management, or relationship-building experience
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals

Applicants who do not meet these minimum qualifications will not be considered.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (required)
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in home care, home health, hospice, healthcare staffing, or senior care (required)
Sales, business development, or relationship management experience
Proven success meeting hiring goals
Excellent interviewing and communication skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Experience using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting W-2 caregivers in a private-duty home care agency
Experience with eRSP or similar home care software
Social media recruiting and employer branding experience
Experience developing recruiting partnerships with colleges, community organizations, and workforce agencies

What You'll DoRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage the full recruitment cycle from application to onboarding
Conduct telephone interviews, schedule interviews, and complete new hire orientations
Recruit daily using Indeed, social media, job boards, community outreach, networking, and referral sources
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified caregiver candidates
Develop and implement innovative recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies
Build relationships with local colleges and career centers
Achieve a goal of hiring a minimum of three (3) caregivers each week

Human Resources & Office Coordination

Maintain accurate employee personnel files and compliance documentation
Ensure all required employee documentation remains current
Keep orientation packets and client handbooks prepared
Monitor caregiver visit activity daily through eRSP
Document caregiver communication in eRSP
Assist with scheduling and marketing initiatives
Create monthly caregiver and client newsletters
Participate in weekly department meetings
Attend recruiting and retention webinars for continued professional development
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
