Position: Recruiter

Position Type: Exempt (Internal Direct Hire)

Location: Hybrid

Compensation: $45,000-$55,000

We're looking for an ambitious Recruiter who is ready to take the next step in their recruiting career. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with approximately 1–3 years of recruiting experience who has mastered the fundamentals and is eager to expand into consultative recruiting across Direct Hire, Temporary Staffing, RPO, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) partnerships.

You'll receive exposure to multiple recruiting models, work closely with experienced recruiting leaders, and have the opportunity to own dedicated client accounts while developing into a trusted recruiting advisor. As business needs evolve, you'll gain experience recruiting across a variety of industries and professional positions, creating a clear path for continued career growth within WorkDynamX.

What You'll Do

Full-Cycle Recruiting
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
Source, interview, evaluate, and present qualified candidates.
Conduct behavioral and situational interviews.
Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations.
Coordinate interviews, candidate preparation, and offer discussions.
Build long-term candidate relationships and talent pipelines.
Dedicated Client Account Support
When supporting a dedicated account, you will:
Become the recruiting expert for your assigned client.
Develop a deep understanding of their culture, hiring process, and recurring positions.
Build proactive talent pipelines.
Monitor recruiting metrics and adjust sourcing strategies.
Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure hiring goals are met.
Candidate Sourcing
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, and additional sourcing tools.
Develop passive candidate pipelines.
Build talent communities for future hiring needs.
Stay informed on labor market trends and candidate availability.
Client Partnership
Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders.
Provide recruiting updates and market intelligence.
Deliver exceptional service while balancing multiple priorities.
Recommend recruiting process improvements when appropriate.
Recruiting Operations
Maintain accurate documentation within Avionté and client ATS platforms.
Track recruiting activity and hiring progress.
Ensure recruiting workflows meet WorkDynamX quality standards.
Protect candidate confidentiality throughout the recruiting process.
Build Talent Communities & Professional Relationship
Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, technical schools, workforce development organizations, and professional associations to create sustainable talent pipelines.
Represent WorkDynamX at career fairs, networking events, industry conferences, and community outreach initiatives to strengthen our employer brand and expand recruiting opportunities.
Build and cultivate long-term relationships with candidates, alumni, referral partners, and industry professionals to support future hiring needs.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Agency staffing, RPO, corporate recruiting, or search firm experience preferred
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Avionté experience is a plus)
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
Passion for providing an outstanding candidate and client experience

This position is designed for recruiters who are ready to build on their foundation and grow into a more strategic recruiting role. You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple recruiting models, develop consultative client partnership skills, and have opportunities for advancement into Executive Recruiter and Senior Executive Recruiter roles as your expertise grows.

Work Environment

Fully Remote (U.S.-based)
Full-Time, Exempt
Standard Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility required
Ability to conduct interviews outside of traditional business hours, including early mornings or evenings, as needed to accommodate candidate and client schedules
Occasional participation in networking events, job fairs, client meetings, or business development activities
