Assistant Community Area Manager.

SummitCove Property Management is looking for a motivated person to join our team in Keystone, CO. This position is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of HOA office. This position will be responsible for assisting our Community Area Managers with owner and contractor communications as well as property inspections and the day to day operations and projects that each property might have. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team. We are willing to train someone to help jumpstart their career in property management!

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls and questions.
Create and update property files using Property Manager software
Receive and respond to emails from customers and board members
Enter and update work orders with our in-house maintenance and houseman teams.
Coordinate contractors and update board members and team members
Other duties as assigned by the manager or owner

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Computer and Telephone experience
Previous experience working with customers.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once; ability to multitask effectively; strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail; ability to organize work; problem-solving skills; ability to work independently; positive attitude; flexibility; ability to work weekends and holidays when needed.
