Compensation Details:

Pay: $75,000 - $82,000 annual DOE
Standard Quarterly Bonus Plan

Schedule:

40 hours per week
Thursday - Monday
Weekends and holidays required

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a strong operations manager to help lead a team and support a General Manager with their regional goals. The ideal candidate leads by example, communicates effectively, and is passionate about the tiny details, making positive experiences in every interaction with team members, guests, and owners.

This position requires prior leadership experience with direct responsibility for people management, operational performance, and financial results.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of vacation rental properties, ensuring homes are guest-ready, well-maintained, and operating efficiently.
Build strong relationships with homeowners by serving as their trusted partner, proactively communicating and ensuring their properties are cared for to the highest standards.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional service.
Manage operational performance by monitoring quality standards, guest and homeowner satisfaction, budgets, and key performance metrics, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support escalated guest and homeowner concerns, conduct property inspections, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Assist with onboarding new properties, recruiting and developing team members, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.
Roll up your sleeves when needed by helping troubleshoot property issues and supporting the team—because every day is different in hospitality!

What We’re Looking For

Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver license and be able to pass a DMV background check and have current automotive insurance in accordance with company policy
3 - 5 years of experience in department manager level role within the hospitality industry or similar.
Prior experience in supervisory or management level position in a similar industry.
Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
This role involves frequent travel between worksites, so reliable personal transportation is essential.
