Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and technical proficiency will help create a professional and efficient environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while supporting a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors warmly, direct them appropriately, and manage visitor sign-in procedures with professionalism.
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing exceptional customer service and routing calls accurately.
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Revolution EHR and Weave to answer phones
Perform clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence to support daily office operations.
Maintain office supplies inventory, organize files, and ensure the workspace remains tidy and efficient.
Filing some routine vision claims (Training)

Skills

Strong computer literacy
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, including experience with multi-line phone systems and client communication.
Prior office management or administrative experience is preferred; familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and calendar management is essential.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of work.
