Full Job Description

Our client, an Estate Planning law firm, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Office & Operations Manager to support the day-to-day flow of the firm. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, communicating with clients and vendors, supporting internal operations, and helping keep a fast-paced professional office running smoothly.

This is a “boots on the ground” role for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, staying organized, following through, and helping support both the team and overall client experience. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of operating independently while maintaining professionalism and strong communication.

We are seeking someone who communicates respectfully and professionally with all clients, approaches others with empathy and positivity, and is open to continued learning, coaching, and growth in serving diverse communities.

Legal experience is preferred but not necessarily required for the right individual with strong operational, administrative, or client-facing experience.

Responsibilities may include

Supporting daily office operations and workflow coordination
Communicating with clients, vendors, and outside partners professionally
Monitoring invoices, office needs, and administrative processes
Assisting with scheduling, calendars, phones, and client communication
Helping maintain organization across files, systems, and internal processes
Supporting attorneys and team members with administrative and operational tasks
Assisting with office coordination and team accountability
Helping create a positive, organized, and professional office environment
Managing competing priorities and assisting with problem-solving as issues arise

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills
Legal experience preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and proactively
Professional demeanor and client service mindset
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Prior office administration, operations, legal assistant, executive assistant, or professional services experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Target compensation range equivalent to approximately $66,000–$70,000 annually, including benefit stipend
Medical benefits available
Additional benefits and compensation details discussed during the interview process

Pay: $66,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
