Now Hiring: Commercial Account Manager – Independent Retail Insurance

The Commercial Lines Account Manager partners with Sales Executives and Account Executives to provide exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle. This role is responsible for account servicing, policy administration, carrier coordination, client communication, and ensuring accurate documentation using Applied Epic.

What You’ll Do as the Commercial Account Manager

Partner with Sales Executives and Account Executives to service commercial insurance clients
Prepare and submit insurance applications, obtain carrier quotes, and assist with new and renewal business
Issue binders, certificates of insurance, policies, endorsements, and related policy documents
Review policies, audits, and endorsements for accuracy and coordinate corrections with carriers
Prepare insurance schedules, proposals, and client documentation
Respond to client inquiries and provide timely policy service and account support
Assist clients with claims reporting and follow up on claim status
Process billing requests, cancellations, and account changes while helping retain client relationships
Maintain accurate client and policy information within Applied Epic (EPIC AMS)

What We’re Looking For

College degree with 3+ years of insurance experience, or 5+ years of insurance experience
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
Experience in commercial insurance account management or client service
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, carrier markets, and policy administration
Proficiency with Applied Epic (EPIC AMS) preferred
