Flexible Nanny & Sitter | Pick Up Shifts When You Want | $27–$32+/hr
Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency is looking for experienced, dependable nannies and sitters throughout the Sun Valley, Ketchum, Hailey, and Bellevue areas who would like to earn extra money on a flexible schedule.
We are not looking for you to leave your current job or commit to a full-time nanny position. We are looking for great people who love working with children and want the opportunity to pick up childcare shifts around what they are already doing in life.
Maybe you are a teacher, preschool employee, college student, healthcare worker, seasonal employee, stay-at-home parent, retired professional, or already have a part-time job. Twinkle Toes gives you the opportunity to earn $27–$32+ per hour, additional $5 per child.

We have families who need everything from a single date night to daytime vacation care, weekend help, backup childcare, and recurring part-time care. You decide which opportunities fit your schedule and which shifts you want to pick up.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of childcare experience outside of your immediate family
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Dependable, responsible, and comfortable caring for children independently
- Able to provide 2–3 childcare references
- CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified before working
All Twinkle Toes nannies complete our screening and background check process before working with families.
This is a great fit if you already have a job, school, family responsibilities, or other commitments and don't want another traditional job with a fixed schedule. You simply want the option to pick up childcare shifts when they work for you, earn great money, and continue living your life on your own schedule.
