About Our Client

This opportunity is with a well-established, medium-sized organization specializing in business services within the construction industry. The company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates for healthcare construction projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information for estimates.
Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives without compromising project quality.
Provide support during the bidding process, including preparing bid proposals and attending pre-bid meetings.
Track and analyze project costs, ensuring they remain within budget.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and cost fluctuations.
