About Discover Chiropractic

Discover Chiropractic is a modern, patient-centered wellness clinic in Bend focused on high-quality care, excellent service, and a positive team culture. We believe the front desk sets the tone for the entire patient experience, and we are looking for a reliable, proactive Patient Coordinator to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in follow-through, organization, and creating a welcoming, professional environment.

About the Role

As a Patient Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our patients and a key support to our clinical and management team. You will work closely with the Patient Coordination Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly, tasks are completed accurately, and patients feel well cared for from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
Handle check-out, payments, and basic billing support
Complete assigned administrative tasks accurately and on time
Support insurance authorizations and documentation as directed
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk area
Communicate clearly with the PCM regarding task status and priorities
Follow established SOPs and contribute to a smooth daily workflow

Front desk, healthcare, or customer service experience is preferred, but strong work ethic and follow-through matter more than years of experience.

What This Role Is Not

Not a “sit and wait” front desk job
Not a role where tasks can be left unfinished
Not a good fit for someone who struggles with accountability or consistency
