Full Job Description

Commission Only Texas Licensed P&C Agent – Personal Lines | Fully Remote | Commission Only

Looking for licensed P&C agents with prior insurance experience in Texas
Can live anywhere in Texas
Must Generate their own leads and have experience building a pipeline.
Focus on personal lines, mainly homeowners
Opportunity to expand into commercial
Ideal producer has strong relationships with lenders, real estate professionals, and other referral partners
Ideal producer generates 10–20+ referrals per month
Expected production: 10+ policies per month
Fully remote
Commission only
No salary

Compensation (can be negotiated)

Year 1: 50% commission on new business
Year 2: and after: 50% commission on new business and 40% commission on renewal business

Dedicated CSR once production is established
Most quoting handled by the CSR
Producers are not expected to get buried in servicing
Custom software makes quoting fast and easy
Lenders and referral partners can use direct quote links
Referral partners can get quotes even after hours without waiting on the producer
Agents stay focused on relationships, production, and binding
