Medical Assistant - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Program for full-time positions

Eligible candidates may receive a total sign-on bonus of $1,000, paid in three installments over the first year of employment.

Compensation

$17.75–$24.50 per hour, based on position and experience

What You'll Do

As a key member of our clinical team, you'll help deliver exceptional patient experiences and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the practice.

You'll make an impact by:

Providing hands-on patient care, including rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, administering injections, performing urine testing, assisting with anemia and iron management, and supporting patient education
Coordinating clinical procedures and diagnostic testing, including specimen collection, blood pressure monitoring, scheduling, and follow-up care
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation within the EMR and communicating important patient updates to providers
Managing patient scheduling, recalls, referrals, and care coordination to help patients stay on track with treatment plans
Supporting clinic operations through medical records management, inventory control, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with team members across multiple locations

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who has:

Spanish fluency preferred for some positions due to frequent interaction with Spanish-speaking customers.
Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) or graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program
1–2 years of clinical medical assistant experience in a healthcare setting
Experience with EMR systems and common clinical and office equipment
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
A patient-first mindset and a commitment to providing compassionate care
