Who We Are

Here at Oak Hill Brands, we manufacture and sell a couple of things:

Heavy-duty industrial tools for lubrication management. Think giant terrifying factory machines that need stuff put into the bowels.
Assistive technology goods such as our Giraffe Bottle, an incredibly wholesome, life-changing, hands-free hydration system for people with limited upper-body mobility.

If you are thinking, “Wow, those two product lines have absolutely nothing in common,” congratulations! You possess the exact type of linear, logical thinking we are trying to eradicate. We recently packed up our entire operation, fled the frozen tundra of Chicago, and relocated to Arizona. Right now, we are in "build mode," which means our team is so small that if one person sneezes, everyone hears it and will think you’re sick. There are no corporate layers here. If a toilet overflows, the CEO grabs a plunger. If you want a job where you can blend into the background like a decorative office fern, keep walking.

The Role: Chief Lubrication Management Fire Extinguisher / Wizard / Order Taker / Sales Guru

We need a “Customer Success Associate”. But do not let that beige, HR-approved title fool you. This is an adrenaline-fueled, multi-hat-wearing adventure where you will be the absolute voice, face, and soul of Oak Hill Brands.

You know how there is “Captain America”, you are going to be “Captain Lubrication Management”. Ok, we will admit, that title doesn’t have the same pizazz but you get the drift. How about “Container Commander”, “Spill Proof Sam”, “Captain Slick”, “Grease Whisperer”... it’s a work in progress, perhaps you can impress us during the interview with a new name. We want you to sell products whether it’s to Taylor in the purchasing or to a guy named “Big Mac” in the factory, who is furious because they put the wrong lubricant into their 10 million dollar dog food canning machine.

What You’ll Actually Do

The Inbound Tsunami: Answer phone calls and emails from actual, living humans. Some will be happy. Some will be confused. Some will be wondering if our grease guns can be used to repel raccoons (Answer: Please do not do this).
Data Wrangling: Process orders and quotes, ensuring that our customer records do not devolve into a smoking crater of digital chaos.
Play Detective: When an order goes missing in the mail, you will hunt it down with the relentless, terrifying ferocity of a bloodhound tracking a fugitive through a swamp.
The Multi-Verse Upsell: You will look for opportunities to sell more stuff. Who knows? Maybe the factory foreman buying 500 containers for industrial storage also wants a nice lubricant storage system. You miss 100% of the shots you don't take.
"Other Duties" (The Scary Part): You will do whatever the heck needs to be done. The phrase "that's not my job" has been legally banned from our premises. If the building is attacked by feral desert javelinas, you will be expected to grab a broom and defend the perimeter. One minute you will be helping a lovely grandmother order a life-improving hydration system, and the next minute you will be on the phone with someone about a pneumatic grease coupler leaking. You must be able to switch between "Deeply Empathetic Caregiver" and "Grit-Toothed Industrialist" in 0.4 seconds without skipping a beat.

Who You Are

We are looking for a rare, hyper-adaptable mutant who possesses the following superpowers:

Playbook-Defying Instincts: If a situation arises that isn't covered in a manual, you don't panic and cry in the breakroom. You read the room, make an executive decision, and fix it.
Aggressive Initiative: You don't wait to be told what to do. If you see a problem, you tackle it like a linebacker who just drank three Red Bulls.
Aggressive Positivity: You radiate good vibes. If you are the kind of person who sighs heavily when the phone rings, move along to the next job post.
Advanced Brain Function: You can connect dots that normal humans miss. For example, you intuitively understand that the industrial lubricant should never, under any circumstances, be shipped inside the Giraffe Bottles.

What You Need

The ability to speak and write like a normal human being, rather than a malfunctioning ChatGPT clone.
Basic computer literacy. If you know how to operate a mouse and don't think "The Cloud" is a weather phenomenon, we can teach you the rest.
Reliability. We need to know you're actually going to show up, because if you like missing work…move along.
We need you to take your normal level of awesomeness and kick it up a notch.
Outgoing and friendly personality that extends through the phone to impress, delight, and encourage the customer to buy more stuff.

The Real Job

To be clear: this is a Customer Success Associate position dedicated to our lubrication management product line. You will be the primary point of contact for customers ordering industrial lubrication equipment — taking orders, answering technical questions, resolving issues, and building the kind of relationships that keep customers coming back. It is a full-time, onsite, customer-facing role that blends order processing, account support, and proactive product recommendations. What we need is someone dependable who can communicate clearly with customers and stay calm under pressure.

Compensation
