Position Overview

As a Call Center Phone Sales Representative, you will work with prospective clients over the phone, identify their insurance needs, present customized life insurance solutions, and guide them through the enrollment process.

You'll be responsible for building trust, maintaining compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through policy placement.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients
Educate consumers on life insurance products and coverage options
Conduct needs-based consultations to identify appropriate solutions
Present customized recommendations based on client goals and budgets
Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
Follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
Accurately document client interactions and sales activity
Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals
Maintain compliance with all insurance regulations and company standards
Deliver a professional and consultative customer experience

Preferred Qualifications

Previous phone sales, inside sales, or call center experience
Customer service experience
Life insurance sales experience
Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain if required)
Experience working with CRM systems and lead management software
