CNC Operator – Grow Your Skills With a Local Manufacturer!

We’re a locally owned manufacturing company with a small, close-knit team, and we’re looking for a dependable CNC Operator who takes pride in showing up, learning, and doing quality work. If you have a manufacturing background and want to grow into a machinist role over time, this could be a great fit.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values safety and precision, and wants to be part of a workplace where people know your name and your work matters.

Pay & Schedule

Starting pay: $19–$21 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: 45 hours per week
Shift: Day shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate CNC machines for drilling, milling, grinding, and similar operations
Read blueprints, shop orders, and drawings to understand job requirements
Load raw materials and parts into machines and run full production cycles
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
Perform daily machine checks and basic maintenance
Work closely with a small team to keep production running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Previous manufacturing experience preferred; CNC experience is a plus
Strong attendance and reliability — this is a must
Mechanical aptitude and comfort using measurement tools
Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
Willingness to learn, grow, and advance toward a machinist role
Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
