- Participate in architecture and technology decisions, identifying opportunities to improve scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
- Monitor the platform following product releases and work with development partners to identify, prioritize, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Troubleshoot and help resolve backend, API, integration, and other technical issues affecting the platform.
- Oversee third-party API integrations and technology partnerships, ensuring solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with Morley’s needs.
- Collaborate with UI/UX resources to improve the usability, functionality, and overall look and feel of the Morley platform.
- Review code, technical documentation, and development work as appropriate and contribute directly to development when needed.
- Help establish technical documentation, development processes, and best practices as Morley’s technology organization evolves.
- Stay current with relevant software development, healthcare technology, interoperability, and security standards.
- Work collaboratively across business, clinical, product, and technology functions to ensure successful delivery of technology initiatives.
