Job Summary

Corporate Temps is seeking a Research Project Manager in Winder, GA paying $21-$23/hr working about 35 hrs a week, if interested please send resume to [email protected]
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Research Project Manager to lead and oversee complex research initiatives within our organization. The successful candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage research projects from inception to completion, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative scientific research and development efforts that advance our understanding and application of new therapies or technologies. The ideal applicant will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in clinical research, and a comprehensive understanding of research administration and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of research projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
Supervise research teams, including scientists, clinicians, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Oversee data collection processes, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project milestones.
Ensure adherence to FDA regulations, drug development protocols, and internal compliance policies throughout all phases of research.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among departments such as laboratory operations, clinical trials management, and research administration.
Prepare grant proposals, progress reports, and scientific publications; support research grant funding efforts.
Maintain detailed documentation of research activities, data analysis procedures, and regulatory submissions.
Conduct statistical analysis for research data to derive meaningful insights supporting project objectives.
Promote internal communication to keep stakeholders informed about project status and findings.
Ensure all research activities comply with ICH GCP standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience leading multidisciplinary research teams in clinical or scientific settings.
Extensive background in clinical research, including clinical trials management and laboratory experience.
Strong knowledge of data collection methods, statistical analysis for research purposes, and research data management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
In-depth understanding of drug regulation processes, FDA regulations, ICH GCP standards, and compliance management.
Experience in research administration including grant proposal writing and funding acquisition.
Familiarity with research project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent writing skills for preparing reports, proposals, publications, and internal communications.
Valid certification in ICH GCP (such as a certificate from a recognized issuer for CA or equivalent).
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in documentation and compliance activities.
Ability to adapt quickly to evolving regulatory landscapes while maintaining high standards of quality.
