In order to meet customer demand and continued improvement in quality and performance, we are now looking for a Project Installation Manager. Someone who can work with an established team of traveling installers and project managers within a dynamic and fast-paced company.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Installation Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing installation teams who provide services across the US.

Looking after the needs of our teams, while ensuring performance metrics are achieved is critical to the success of the small and large-scale projects we deliver.

Working closely with our Project Managers to coordinate and plan schedules of work, materials and equipment as well as liaising with customers will be key to achieving and surpassing an already efficient operation.

Managing the maintenance and upkeep of equipment, vehicles and stock are some of the generic tasks involved and yet are a bedrock for reliability and readiness.

The role will be based in our Buford, GA office but you will be expected to travel to projects occasionally, to ensure the teams are supported, as well as to check quality and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage our installation teams on projects throughout the US.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop and manage project schedules and resource allocation.
Review and interpret facility plans, blueprints, and project specifications.
Enforce safety regulations and company standards on all job sites.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and implement necessary changes.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and clear direction to the installation teams.
Prepare and present progress reports, updates, and project performance metrics.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in utility and/or construction related field, with at least 5 years in a project management role.
Proven experience overseeing small and long duration projects.
Strong knowledge of industry standards and safety practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret detailed construction plans and technical documents.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites in and out of state.
