Full Job Description

We are is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Account Executive with a strong hunter mentality to drive new business growth. This role is focused on identifying new opportunities, building a sales pipeline from the ground up, and developing long-term relationships with commercial customers.

The ideal candidate is a proactive business developer who thrives on prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and converting opportunities into revenue. This is not a role focused on managing an existing book of business; success will come from creating new relationships, expanding market presence, and consistently generating new opportunities.

Candidates with experience selling B2B services, logistics solutions, commercial services, project-based solutions, or complex sales offerings will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and relationship development.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with commercial clients and strategic accounts.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within target organizations.
Sell complex, project-based solutions by understanding customer needs and providing consultative recommendations.
Navigate longer sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
Maintain disciplined pipeline management, sales activity tracking, forecasting, and reporting through CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal operations and project teams to ensure successful customer transitions and service delivery.
Develop strategies to grow existing customer relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
Stay informed on market trends and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities.

Qualifications

5-7+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven track record of generating new business.
Strong hunter mentality with experience building a sales pipeline from scratch.
Demonstrated success with cold outreach, prospecting, networking, and relationship-based selling.
Experience selling services, solutions, or project-based offerings.
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders.
Strong CRM discipline with experience tracking opportunities, forecasting, and managing pipeline activity.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Experience in logistics, commercial services, facilities management, relocation, warehousing, construction, or related industries preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
